Kellie Johnson
President, ACE Clearwater Enterprises
Kellie joined the family business in 1983, holding various positions from purchasing to production control. ACE Clearwater Enterprises is a company of 210 employees that builds complex formed and welded assemblies for the aerospace and power generation industries, providing parts to companies like Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, General Electric, Boeing, Textron/Bell/Cessna and the United States Government. In 1985 Kellie took over operations and has grown the business to well over $30 million in sales. Currently, Kellie is on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Manufacturers, and is the Chair of the NAM’s Small and Medium Manufacturers. Additionally Kellie is the Chair of the California Manufacturing and Technology Association. Ms Johnson has been on the Manufacturing Council since its inception and previously served as Vice Chair of the Manufacturing Council in the prior charter term.
