William A. Jones

Bill Jones is President of Penn United Technology, Inc. Since 1971, Penn United Technologies has grown from three entrepreneurs to over 700 employees. Penn United Technology offers a range of precision metal manufacturing capabilities including metal stamping, carbide manufacturing and precision tool and die design.
As President, Bill Jones increased sales from $50 million to $88 million, diversified production operations for future stability and profit, purchased a Carbide facility, expanded manufacturing space, and received national recognition for the reorganization of technical training through NIMS proficiency-based standards.
Bill has also held positions with Penn United Technology Inc. as the Vice President for Tooling and Manufacturing, the Manager of Automation and Precision Assembly, and Journeyman Toolmaker.
Mr. Jones is also a member of the following associations and councils: National Tooling and Machining Association, National Association of Manufacturers, Precision Metalforming Association, Manufacturers’ Association of Northwest Pennsylvania, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Butler County Chamber of Commerce.
