Jim McGregor is President of Morgal Machine Tool Company and 3 other family owned businesses, known as the McGregor Metalworking Companies, headquartered in Springfield, Ohio (with additional plants in other Ohio locations and South Carolina). The companies, which employ over 450 people, generate more than $75 million in annual revenues by providing metal stampings, machined parts and value added assemblies for the automotive, locomotive, agricultural implement and lawn and garden industries. Mr. McGregor has been on the Manufacturing Council since its inception and previously chaired a number of subcommittees, including one on access to credit.
